- 2 c. cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix the rice and raisins in the bottom of a buttered baking dish.

2Mix the other ingredients and pour over the top of the rice and raisins.

3Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes and in a 375° oven for the rest of the baking time (about 1 hour total).

4Test like custard with a knife for doneness.
