  • 3 c. cold cooked rice
  • 6 green onions with tops, chopped fine
  • 1 large carrot, shredded coarse
  • 1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
