Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can flavored rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 small jar pimentos, sliced
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. curry powder
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package.

    Drain marinade from artichoke and combine with mayonnaise and curry powder to use for dressing.

    Add all other ingredients to rice.

    Mix well and stir in dressing.
