- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Separate eggs; beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. In another bowl combine egg yolks, cold rice, milk and cheese. Gently fold in egg whites.

2Butter baking dish; gently spoon in mixture.

3Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
