- 6 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rice
- 3 cups milk
- Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Bring 6 cups water to boil. Add salt and rice. Stir well.

2Cook until rice is done, 15 minutes. Drain.

3Add milk. Heat and simmer slowly until well blended, 15 minutes.

4Serve in bowls with cinnamon sugar. Add cold milk if desired.
