Rice With Pork

- 1 c. rice
- 1 lb. boneless pork
- 2 large onions
- 2 large carrots
- dash of salt
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut pork in small pieces and put it in pan.

2Add water in pan just enough to cover pork and cook for 30 minutes.

3Chop up onions and carrots and fry, stirring for 10 minutes, using butter.

4Boil rice for 10 minutes and mix everything with it.

5Add tomato sauce. Mix it in and cook on low for 10 more minutes.
