Rich Chocolate Cream

  • 60 grams Chocolate bar (black)
  • 70 ml Heavy cream or milk
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 10 grams Pure cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil

Directions

    Mince the chocolate and put it in a bowl.

    Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan.

    When the sugar has dissolved, sift in the cocoa powder through a tea strainer, and mix with a whisk.

    Add the heavy cream and heat it until just before the boiling point.

    Sift the mixture into the bowl from Step 1, and mix gently with a rubber spatula.

    When the mixture from Step 3 has become smooth, add the vegetable oil and mix so everything is blended evenly and thoroughly.
