- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- about 3 slices cheese or Velveeta, cubed
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in margarine.

2Mix all other ingredients in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 10-inch baking dish.

3Add sauteed celery and onion.

4Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 4.
