  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • about 3 slices cheese or Velveeta, cubed
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in margarine.

    Mix all other ingredients in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 10-inch baking dish.

    Add sauteed celery and onion.

    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 4.
