Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. cold margarine
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
  • additional powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

    Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, lightly greased.

    Bake 15 minutes.

    Combine 3 tablespoons flour and remaining ingredients. Mix well.

    Pour over baked crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

    Cool.

    Cut into bars and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.

    Store in refrigerator.
