- 100 grams Unsalted butter
- 100 grams Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Almond powder
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 70 ml Milk
- 1 few drops Vanilla extract
- 1 Chocolate chips, chopped almonds, etc.
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C.

2Bring the butter to room temperature and beat in a bowl until creamy.

3Add sugar in three batches and beat until almost white in color.

4Add the beaten eggs in three batches, mixing well each time.

5To prevent separation, do not add the eggs at once!

6Sift together the marked ingredients and fold into the bowl.

7Add the milk and combine.

8Add vanilla extract and fold in the chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

9Fill the muffin cups about 70% full.

10The muffin rises when baking so if you put too much batter into the cups, it will overflow (I have experienced this).

11Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and it's done.

12Use a toothpick to check if they're done.
