Ingredients

  • 1 c. tiny shell macaroni, cooked
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 c. fully cooked ham, cut into thin strips
  • 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
  • snipped parsley

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to package directions.

    Drain; rinse and drain again.

    Cool.

    Place lettuce in bottom of a 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with macaroni.

    Sprinkle egg slices with salt; layer atop macaroni.
