- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 2 tbsp ginger,garlic paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Inch cinnamon stick
- 10 whole black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil or as needed
- 3 medium Size sliced Onion
- 5 whole black pepper 3 clove
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
- 1 cup Youghurt
- 3 medium Size potatoes
- 1/2 kg long grain fine Rice soaked
- 5 green chilli
Directions

1For stock : Take water in a wok add chicken and whole ingredients which wrote in chicken stock portion

2Cook in a medium heat till u feel chicken is tender now and keeps aside.You should be careful because we will use this stock to cook rice.

3Now take oil in a wok add onion black pepper and clove fry for 10 min in medium heat now add yoghurt,black pepper,cumin and potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

4Now drain chicken and add into it simmer for 5 minutes in low heat.

5Now add soaked rice and chicken stock.Simmer till it's done properly don't over cook.Add some some cut green chillies and serve hot with yoghurt.
