Rich & Tasty Stir-fried Pork and Shiso Leaves with Miso and Butter

- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 20 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
Directions

1Cut the pork into bite sizes and cut the shiso leaves in half lengthwise.

2Slice thinly or chop finely the garlic and combine the seasonings.

3Add the margarine (about 1 tablespoon) and garlic into a frying pan and fry gently over a low heat until the aroma is released.

4After the aroma released fry the pork over a high heat until almost cooked through.

5Turn heat down to medium, add the combined seasonings and stir.

6When the sauce is reduced add the shiso leaves at the end stir quickly.

7Turn off the heat.
