- 12 eggs, hard cooked
- 14 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 dash lemon juice, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions

1Cut chilled eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

3Reserve egg white halves.

4Mash yolks with a fork.

5Add all ingredients except mayonnaise and mix with the fork.

6Mix in mayonnaise until the mixture is creamy, but not too thin.

7Fill reserved egg whites with yolk mixture.

8Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

9Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
