  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 sugar for topping

    Mix the flour.butter and the ricotta till you obtain an homogeneous dough

    In a well-floured surface.roll the dough out and start making your own shape

    Bake it at 150C for 35 minutes or till golden
