- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 yellow or lemon cake mix with pudding
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix together Ricotta cheese, sugar and eggs.

2Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

3Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan.

4Carefully spoon Ricotta mixture over batter.

5Bake at 350° 60 to 65 minutes, or until done.

6Cool on rack.

7Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
