  • 3 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Prepare cake mix as on box.

    Pour into 12 x 15 x 2-inch pan. Only grease bottom.

    Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Pour on top of cake mix and spread out.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake in oven at 300° for 40 minutes.
