- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
Directions

1Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cake mixture. (When baked, the cheese mixture will drop and the cake will rise to the top.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
