  • 1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

    Mix Ricotta, sugar and eggs in a separate bowl.

    Pour cake mix into a 9 x 13-inch floured and greased pan.

    Then spread Ricotta mix on top of cake mix.

    Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

    Cool on rack.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar on cake.

    Very good.
