- 1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
- 2 lb. Ricotta
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

2Mix Ricotta, sugar and eggs in a separate bowl.

3Pour cake mix into a 9 x 13-inch floured and greased pan.

4Then spread Ricotta mix on top of cake mix.

5Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

6Cool on rack.

7Sprinkle powdered sugar on cake.
