- 1 yellow Duncan Hines pudding cake mix (follow directions on box and place in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan; set aside)
- 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta (1.8 oz.)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat mixture well.

2Pour over cake.

3Make sure mixture goes through all of cake.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

5When serving, use cherries or strawberries.
