  • 1 yellow Duncan Hines pudding cake mix (follow directions on box and place in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan; set aside)
  • 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta (1.8 oz.)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine Ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat mixture well.

    Pour over cake.

    Make sure mixture goes through all of cake.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    When serving, use cherries or strawberries.
