Ricotta Cake

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, mixed as directed
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar.

    Lay cake mix on bottom of greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Put cream cheese mixture on top; make sure mixture goes all around edges.

    Bake for 45 to 60 minutes in a 375° oven.

    (Cake will rise to top and cream cheese will go to bottom.)

    Cool; cut into squares.

    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
