- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 7/8 tablespoon yeast

Directions

1Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2Add the cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla bean, and yeast in a bowl and mix until smooth.

3Pour the batter into a 25-centimeter round cake pan lined with parchment paper.

4Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.

5Remove the foil and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes until completely cooked.

6Cover with melted chocolate and sprinkle with white chocolate flakes.
