- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs well-beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients until blended.

2Form a large ball, cut in pieces, roll out and cut into pieces.

3Let set for 1/2 hour.

4Drop into boiling, salted water.

5Let cook until gnocchi float on top.

6Remove with slotted spoon.

7Toss gently with your favorite sauce.

8Top with grated cheese.
