- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 14 teaspoon orange liqueur
- 14 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 34 ounces bittersweet chocolate, grated
- 1 34 ounces white chocolate, grated
- 1 orange, zest of, grated
- egg yolk, wash
Directions

1Mix ricotta, eggs, sugar and liquer.

2Add almonds, chocolate and zest.

3Pour into unbaked tart shell.

4Make lattice top.

5Brush with egg wash.

6Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
