- 1 lb. ground beef
- onion
- garlic
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. rigatoni
- 6 slices Provolone cheese
- 6 slices Mozzarella
- 1 c. sour cream
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.

2Drain off fat.

3Add sauce and simmer 30 minutes.

4In buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer some of the cooked rigatoni noodles with Provolone as the next layer.

5Spread 1 cup sour cream over Provolone and top with 1/2 the sauce.

6Add another layer of rigatoni noodles, then Mozzarella and remainder of sauce.

7Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°, until bubbly.
