- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 jar pimento
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar pickled cauliflower
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large can button mushrooms
- artichokes (optional)
- 1 lb. rigatoni
Directions

1Heat vinegar, sugar, oil, turmeric and water until sugar dissolves.

2Add pimento, pepper, cauliflower, onion, mushrooms and artichokes.

3Cook rigatoni 19 minutes; drain.

4Mix all together. Marinate 24 hours.

5Can add diced Colby cheese before serving.
