  • rigatonis
  • hamburg
  • fresh grated cheese (whatever kind you like)
  • sauce (whatever kind you like)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and garlic powder

Directions

    Precook rigatonis for about 5 minutes just until halfway tender.

    Drain; rinse with cold water.

    Mix hamburg, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Take each rigatoni noodle and stuff with hamburg.

    Put in pan or dish.

    Bake.

    Make one layer.

    Put layer of cheese, the sauce, another layer, sauce, then cheese on top.

    Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.

    Serve with garlic bread or rolls.
