  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple gum syrup (thickened pineapple-flavored Simple Syrup)
  • 1/4 ounce Orgeat (almond-flavored syrup)
  • 1 mint sprig, smacked, for garnish
