- 1 (16 oz.) can kraut, drained and dried
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. cooked corned beef
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish (optional)
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place first 3 ingredients in blender. Process until finely chopped.

3Combine mixture with remaining ingredients.

4Place in 1-quart casserole dish.

5Bake 30 to 40 minutes.

6Makes 10 to 15 hors d'oeuvres.

7Use rye cocktail bread or rye bagel chips and crackers.
