  • 24 ounces frozen diced potatoes, thawed
  • 13 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 12 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 14 teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions

    Press potatoes into the bottom of a greased 9x9 baking pan; brush with butter.

    Bake at 425F for 25 minutes; top with cheeses and ham.

    Set aside.

    Beat milk, eggs and salt; pour over cheese mixture.

    Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
