- 2 c. orzo (16 oz. box)
- 1/2 c. finely diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sharp grated cheese
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until golden brown.

2Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.

3Add orzo (uncooked), water and cheese.

4Season if desired.

5Pour into 1 3/4-quart casserole dish.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
