- 6 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 white cake mix (dry)
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Put rhubarb, sugar, dry Jell-O and dry cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan in order listed.

2Do not mix; pour hot water over first 4 ingredients; then pour melted margarine over all.

3Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.

4Fresh or frozen rhubarb may be used. Cool before cutting and store in refrigerator.
