  • 20 Or So Ritz Crackers
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Or Plain Yogurt
  • 1 can Canned Milk
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup

Directions

    Crush crackers to make coarse crumbs.

    Mix crumbs with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Pour mixture into a zip lock baggie or shallow dish.

    Dip chicken into sour cream (or yogurt) and then in crumb mixture to coat chicken.

    Place chicken in baking pan.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is crisp and golden brown.

    Mix soup and milk.

    Heat through and pour over chicken.

    (This is really good without the cream of chicken/milk gravy over it also.
