- 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 small onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Put 3 or 4 cups of water in medium roaster.

2Cook roast in 375° oven for 2 to 3 hours.

3Do not let water cook out.

4When tender, take roast out of broth and mix well.

5Add onion, salt and pepper. Add soup.

6Put roast back in gravy and put back in oven with lid on for 45 minutes at 350°.
