- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tsp. dry basil
- 1 tsp. dry rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Brown roast on all sides, approximately 25 minutes.

2Add onion; cook until transparent.

3Add remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.

4Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Combine flour and water; add to liquid.

5Cook and stir until thick.
