Roast Beef Spirals

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 6 slices roast beef, cut 1/4-inch thick

Directions

    Whip cream cheese, garlic and ginger.

    Spread generously and evenly on roast beef slice and roll up lengthwise.

    Wrap rolls in foil and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

    Remove from freezer and immediately cut into 1-inch wide slices.

    Garnish with green olive or cut pickle chunk.

    Attach with cellophane tipped toothpick. Makes 36 spirals.
