- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) roasting chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Season-All
- 1 carrot, cut in pieces
- 2 stalks celery, cut fine
- 1/2 medium size onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Wash chicken and pat dry.

2Split chicken through back and leave the breast whole.

3Put in baking pan with breast side up. Stuff with celery, onion and carrot.

4Add enough water to cover bottom of pan. Bake about 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Before chicken is done, add all seasoning and a can of cream of mushroom soup, diluted with water.

5Baste again and continue to cook about 15 minutes or until done.
