- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and baste roast.

2I like to take a knife and prick meat all over so that marinate can penetrate through meat.

3Marinate several hours or overnight.

4Bake and baste with sauce.
