Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup catsup
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and baste roast.

    I like to take a knife and prick meat all over so that marinate can penetrate through meat.

    Marinate several hours or overnight.

    Bake and baste with sauce.

    Bake 350° - 375°.
