  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • asparagus 1 lb
  • red and orange peppers
  • Shallots
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • Bake 8 - 10 minutes

    stir oil,garlic,thyme salt and pepper in lg bowel - use baking sheet single layer

    coat peppers and aspargus. after 10 minutes drizzle with vinegar
