- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Snap off tough ends of 3 lb. asparagus spears.

2In a large baking pan, toss asparagus with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 chopped garlic clove and 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
