  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (you can use less, we like it strong)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder (you can use less, we like it strong)
  • 14 cup asiago cheese or 14 cup romano cheese, shredded
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Clean asparagus and snap and discard end pieces.

    Place oil in a plastic bag, add asparagus and coat.

    Cover a baking pan in tin foil (this makes clean up a cinch!

    Place asparagus on pain.

    Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients.

    Roast for 12 minutes at 400.
