  • 12 oz. kosher bologna, unsliced
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce (bottled or homemade)

Directions

    Slice bologna in half lengthwise so that it won't wobble in the pan.

    Place bologna, cut side down, in a roasting pan. Brush with barbecue sauce.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven about 30 minutes or until heated through.
