- 1 Marrow Bone cut lengthwise
- Garlic (1-2 cloves per bone)
- Parsley (1 T. per bone)
- 1/2 Lemon for juice
- Crackers/Melba Toast

1Preheat oven to 425

2Let the bones rest to room temperature, frozen or fresh let sit until they start to give off blood

3Cook for about 20 minutes, marrow should be soft but not melting. Sprinkle with garlic and parsley, squirt of lemon if desired, scoop onto a cracker and enjoy.
