Roasted Bone Marrow

  • 1 Marrow Bone cut lengthwise
  • Garlic (1-2 cloves per bone)
  • Parsley (1 T. per bone)
  • 1/2 Lemon for juice
  • Crackers/Melba Toast

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425

    Let the bones rest to room temperature, frozen or fresh let sit until they start to give off blood
  3. 3
    Cook for about 20 minutes, marrow should be soft but not melting. Sprinkle with garlic and parsley, squirt of lemon if desired, scoop onto a cracker and enjoy.
