- 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, Ends Trimmed And Halved
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Lemon, Zested
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

2Cut off the rough ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove the loose outer leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, lengthwise. Toss with olive oil.

3On a baking sheet, evenly spread the Brussels sprouts making sure not to stack them and roast for 25 minutes.

4When you remove them from the oven, season the Brussels sprouts with lemon zest, salt, pepper, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
