- 1 whole Head Cauliflower
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice To Taste

1Preheat the oven to 450°F. Clean and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic.

2In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, garlic, kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper. Add just enough olive oil to lightly coat the cauliflower (about 1 tablespoon) and toss.

3Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for around 40 minutes or until browned, turning once.

4When serving, add lemon juice to taste. Enjoy!
