- 1 cauliflower, large size
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt and pepper
- parsley, for garnish
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted, for garnish
Directions

1Heat oven 170 C.

2Cut cauli into small, even flowerets.

3Place in baking dish.

4Mix oil and garlic together.

5Drizzle over cauliflower.

6Season with salt and pepper.

7Toss well to coat.

8Roast 30 - 40 minutes till golden brown and tender.

9Scatter with parsley and pine nuts and serve.
