Roasted corned beef

  • 2 kg corned beef
  • 1/4 Roll heavy tinfoil

Directions

    Preheat gas rotisserie or oven to 130C (rotisserie is the preferred method)

    Wrap corned beef in a double layer of heavy tinfoil
  3. 3
    Place in rotisserie or oven for 3 hours
  4. 4
    Remove and turn heat up to 220C
  5. 5
    Take the foil off the beef
  6. 6
    Put the beef back into the rotisserie or oven for 30min
  7. 7
    Remove and rest covered for 20 minutes.
  8. 8
    Serve with
