- 2 kg corned beef
- 1/4 Roll heavy tinfoil
Directions

1Preheat gas rotisserie or oven to 130C (rotisserie is the preferred method)

2Wrap corned beef in a double layer of heavy tinfoil

3Place in rotisserie or oven for 3 hours
-
4Remove and turn heat up to 220C
-
5Take the foil off the beef
-
6Put the beef back into the rotisserie or oven for 30min
-
7Remove and rest covered for 20 minutes.
