- 6 whole Heads Of Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Cut 1/2 inch off the top of the garlic head, and peel away outside layers.

3Leave a thin layer of paper on the garlic.

4Sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil on each garlic head, letting it soak into the cloves for 10 minutes.

5Place in a baking dish and cover with foil.

6Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

7Squeeze garlic out of the head once cooled.

8Spread on warm, toasted bread, meats, or add in recipes.
