  • 6 whole Heads Of Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Cut 1/2 inch off the top of the garlic head, and peel away outside layers.

    Leave a thin layer of paper on the garlic.

    Sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil on each garlic head, letting it soak into the cloves for 10 minutes.

    Place in a baking dish and cover with foil.

    Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Squeeze garlic out of the head once cooled.

    Spread on warm, toasted bread, meats, or add in recipes.
