- olive oil

Directions

1Peel off outer layers of skin from whole garlic bulbs.

2Leave bulb intact and cloves unpeeled.

3Place bulbs in baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill pan with water until bulbs are half covered.

5Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 425° for 1 hour. Break cloves off bulb and squeeze pulp onto bread.
