1Wash and thoroughly dry kale.

2Tear leaves off the stem into bite size pieces.

3Toss with olive oil and add salt, pepper, or any other seasonings.

4Cook at 300 degrees F for about 20 minutes.

5The kale leaves will shrink and and become crispy.
